On Wednesday, September 17 at 6:30p, join us at our sister restaurant, Ellie Bird, for an intimate evening celebrating Condessa Gin, Mexico’s first luxury craft gin, in a guided tasting paired with a special three-course prix fixe menu from the Ellie Bird kitchen. Guests will enjoy a curated lineup of Condessa’s unique botanical gins, thoughtfully matched with dishes designed to highlight their layered flavors. Along the way, you’ll hear the story behind the spirits, their origins, and the artistry that makes Condessa so distinctive. Tickets available on Resy.
We’ve a few options for private events and larger parties. Firstly, we can welcome parties up to 14 guests as large party reservations in our dining room or fully enclosed, heated patio. (Food & beverage minimums may apply!) Buyouts, where some or all of the restaurant is reserved exclusively for your group, are available for larger or private events. Additionally, our separate private dining room, called The Nest, is opening in June 2025, located just next door to our sister restaurant, Ellie Bird, at 123 Founder’s Ave in Falls Church, VA. The Nest can welcome up to 50 guests for a seated occasion and up to 75 for standing receptions. This space offers easy, free garage parking for your guests plus a range of menu options to fit your budget and event needs, including the full Rooster & Owl experience executed by our Michelin-starred culinary team.
