We were also so honored to partner with photographer Gloria Huang, digital filmmaker Mark Riffee, and of course, our logo designer Nga Le.

Rooster & Owl's first pop up is sold out!

The response was incredible! Within 6 days, Rooster & Owl's first pop up is sold out! We were amazed at how quickly the reservations came in, and we're so excited to have the opportunity to share our food and our concept with all our guests.

We were a featured project and a staff pick on Kickstarter, too!

If you'd like to secure your spot for our next pop up, you can still pledge on our kickstarter page. All backers will receive an exclusive pre-invitation to our next event, so you'll get first dibs on a reservation before they sell out again!

Announcing the Rooster & Owl pop up!

Announcing the Rooster & Owl pop up!

The Rooster & Owl pop up is coming!

Join us on February 4-6 for the Rooster & Owl pop up at EatsPlace.

What?

A pop up is a temporary restaurant, serving a limited menu to give diners a sample of the Rooster & Owl experience. One ticket gets you a 4-course meal, including dessert crafted by Corey Jamison (formerly of Gramercy Tavern, 701 Restaurant, & Fiola). You can also choose to upgrade for a ticket with beverage pairing, which includes 4 different beverages carefully selected by our culinary team to accompany each course of your meal.

Vegetarians are welcome, and most other dietary restrictions can be accommodated with advance warning. Have any questions about dietary restrictions or allergies? Email us at info@roosterowl.com!

When?

The Rooster & Owl pop up will be held for 3 nights only at the following seating times: Thursday, February 4 at 7:00, Friday, February 5 at 6:00 & 8:30, and Saturday, February 6 at 6:00 & 8:30. (Could be a pretty good early Valentine's dinner idea, right?)

Where?

EatsPlace is located at 3607 Georgia Avenue Northwest, Washington, DC 20010. The Georgia Ave Petworth (Green/Yellow) metro station is 3 blocks away, and free and metered street parking is also available. If you have any questions about scheduling, dietary restrictions, transportation, or any other event details, ask away at info@roosterowl.com.

How?

We're pre-selling tickets on Kickstarter! Visit our kickstarter page for more information, or email us at info@roosterowl.com. Reservations are required so make sure you provide your contact information or email us to confirm your table!

Like our logo?

(We do, too!)

I first met Nga Le in 2014, and I was thrilled to be able to work with her again for the Rooster & Owl logo.  In my career, I've met a lot of people who can use design software, but Nga bring creativity and (incredible) artistic talent to take projects to the next level.

From all of us at Rooster & Owl, thank you, Nga!!

Corey Jamison joins as pastry chef

We are thrilled to announce that Corey Jamison will join as pastry chef for our pop-up event in February 2016. Stay tuned for more information about the event and how to get tickets. In the meantime, check out some of Corey's recent work:
