A Destination

The name Rooster & Owl is inspired by its co-founders who had opposite work schedules but united around food and dining adventures. That's exactly what Rooster & Owl brings to the table: a social, shared dining experience. 

No longer are you restricted by inflexible pre-fixes or overwhelmed with oversized menus. Led by award-winning chef and owner Yuan Tang, Rooster & Owl is dedicated to the craft of the culinary arts and passionate about seasonal, vegetable-focused cuisine. The menu is meant to be mixed, matched, and shared. At Rooster & Owl, you can experience the thrill of fine dining in a comfortable, customizable environment, trusting our culinary team to guide you.

Build your own 4 course meal to be enjoyed with the table.  Dining out is more than just as meal: it's a social experience, so we encourage guests to share!

We put vegetables first, letting seasonality drive our menu. This means we source locally and thoughtfully. With the right technique, we can make even the most humble ingredient a star.

Each member of our team has a voice. We dedicate one day each week to recipe testing and development to create innovative, cohesive, and delicious plates, time and time again.

Rooster & Owl is chef-owned and chef-driven. To us, this means that our "back of the house" runs the show. Their creativity, techniques, and skill are our greatest asset. You can trust us to provide inventive, well-crafted, and properly executed dishes. 

When you let the culinary professionals lead the way, everyone wins. 

Each course is conceptualized, tested, and tasted before it goes on our menu, and we dedicate a full day each week to research and development to ensure that each course we offer meets our standards. This means that our menu will change often, seasonally, and on a rolling basis. 

But fine dining is more than a meal: it's an experience that's meant to be shared and enjoyed together. Our plates are fully composed and portioned for multiple courses, so our guests can experience a greater variety of dishes, but most importantly, enjoy them together.
